Prior to working on the Carpenters Union campaign, their main message was, “Insist on Union Carpenters”. If someone was going to make such a demand, it was in the Carpenters Union’s best interest to tell them why. We spent thirty days learning the clients business, interviewing field reps, upper management, training facility instructors and union tradesmen. Then went to work. In the end, this campaign helped change negative perceptions, increased awareness, increased enrollment, and built better business relationships between the Union and their affiliated contractors.
